I don't get the main text, because of it's german, but I think I know the main talk.. It's about Europan name changing to Europún.. Please no "ú", as also in Latvian is evoluted letter version - ū! Let's make it as simple as posible. If you want to add the sound, which ú is making, write two UU :) Wouldn't it be better?

no, no ú. In fact, no non-basic letters at all. Europún is another project which appeared about the same time as Europan. The text above is a contacting between the two projects.
